Deene Park

One of the oldest and finest estates in Northamptonshire, the former home of Lord Cardigam, is not one to be missed.

The family run game shoot has been going for many years now, this season we don’t want it to end so we have started our very own simulated game days.

The shoot is situated in the ancient park woodland. With this natural benefit, the estate brings you some of the best simulated game days on the market.

The day is run as a full days shooting.

The guns arrive around 9:30 and are greeted with bacon rolls, tea and coffee followed by the introduction chat about safety and the plan for the day, then onto the first two drives.

Mid morning, local sausage rolls are served with soft drinks and beer. Followed up by another drive of high pheasants. Then back to the Old kitchen for a two course home cooked lunch, served with wine and other drinks. Lunch and tea all being served in the Old Kitchen.

Finally the day ends in the wood, pigeon roosting, hopefully you will have got your eye in from the morning. The guns should expect to shoot at between 4000-5000 clays throughout the day.

These days are great fun for the whole family, friends and any level of shots as loaders and instructors are available.

All of the above is included in the price, no extra cost apart from cartridges. The days are made for teams ranging from 12 to 16.

Pricing per head is £300.
